• Do you deliver to all cities in Czech Republic?

  Yes, we do.

• How can I order frozen goods outside of Prague?

  Unfortunately, frozen goods can only be picked up in person at the point of sale.

• Is it possible to order Sake outside of Prague?

  Yes, it is possible. We are also able to deliver Sake with a shipping company.

• What is the shelf life of the products?

  The product’s shelf life varies, depending on the product. It can be 12 months or even 3years. Our shipped goods will have a minimum shelf life of 1 month from dispatch or maximum of the actual product warranty.

• Does Tako Foods also have a brick-and-mortar store?

  No, we do not have B&M. We only have a delivery point in our warehouse.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  For the ordered goods you can pay via bank transfer, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Upon personal collection at the point of sales you can pay by credit card or cash.

• When can I collect the ordered goods at the delivery point?

  The ordered goods can be picked up every working day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Always wait for the appeal that the goods are ready for the collection.
